One-on-One Attention: Daily access to the Owner/Broker

The Owner/Broker serves as the personal business coach for the Agents. Goal setting and continual feedback are essential for individual growth in any setting. At MRP, agents are expected to have their goals for professional and personal development in writing. In order to facilitate growth there is regular feedback/mentoring with the Broker/Owner and Agent groups to help Agents refine and track their success and brainstorm new ideas.
